BALLOT RETURN LOCATION
Voters who have received their mail-in or absentee ballots may return them in person to the lobby of the County Office Building in Downtown Pittsburgh during the times listed below.
Ballot Return Location
Before returning your mail-in or absentee ballot, please follow these instructions:
1. Once you receive your ballot, fill in the oval next to a candidate’s name. You must darken the oval completely. Do not make any marks outside of the oval. Use a black or blue ballpoint pen only.
2. Place your ballot in the secrecy envelope labeled “Official Election Ballot” and seal it. Then put the secrecy envelope in the larger return envelope and seal it. Sign and complete the voter declaration on the back of the return envelope or your ballot may not count.
3. Return your ballot to the lobby of the County Office Building in Downtown Pittsburgh during the times listed below.
